A Busy Sunday For Depar Timing
Depar Timing teams will officiate at one swimming and two running events in Bodrum, Ortaca and Çorum on Sunday, 28 April.
Incorporating a large number of timers and a wide range of equipment, Depar Timing will once again serve three different events on the same day and at the same times. On Sunday, 28th of April, two teams will split into Bodrum and Ortaca, two well-known districts of Muğla, to provide the timing services at the Global Run Bodrum Half Marathon (globalrunbodrum.com) and Dalyan Open Water Swimming Race (carettalarlayuzuyoruz.com). A third team will be in charge for the Hittite Run (hititkosulari.org) in Çorum.
Timing various running, swimming, biking, triathlon and classical automobile races both within Turkey and abroad throughout the year, Depar Timing offers reliable timing solutions in all events according to their requirements with the various systems in its portfolio.

Bozcaada Awaiting 18th of May
Adidas Bozcaada Half Marathon will be held on Saturday, 18 May. The event on the Aegean island will include a 10km run as well.
The third largest island of Turkey is set to host the Half Marathon title-sponsored by Adidas, one of the biggest sportwear manufacturers in the world. The runners are offered an enjoyable run on one of the 21km or 10km race courses of great natural beauty. The organisers also announced that a tree for each participant will be planted on the island.
Registration for the Adidas Bozcaada Half Marathon is processed at the website at bozcaadayarimaratonu.com. There will be age group categories up to over 65 in women and over 75 in men’s division. Timing services in the race will be provided by Depar Timing.

Fifth Year In The Hittite Land
International Hittite Run, being staged by Çorum Municipality since the year 2015, is scheduled to Sunday, 28 April this year.
During the past four editions, Hittite Run became popular not only in the region but also nationwide. The 10km race attracts national and foreign athletes while the 3km public run receives large participation from the locals. It is possible to register with the race via the website www.hititkosulari.org.
Çorum Municipality, the organiser of the event, generously offers 5,000 Turkish Liras for the winner of the 10km as well as prize money for the master athletes in a total of 15 age categories. There is also prize money in 14 age groups in the public run, paid only to those residing in Çorum.
5th International Hittite Run will start from the city centre at 10:00 on 28 April. Depar Timing is once again the official timer of the event.

Depar Timing in Uzbekistan
Depar Timing will officiate with a 11-member team at the inaugural Tashkent Navruz Half Marathon. The event is on 24 March.
Besides undertaking the timing services in the capital of Uzbekistan, Depar Timing has been contributing to the planning and organization of the event, offering its expertise and experience to the first ever elite class international road race of the country. For the final preparations and the distribution of the timing chips, the multi-national team with nine members coming from Turkey will be in Tashkent from 19 March.
More than two thousand participants have registered to the half marathon and the 5km public run since the opening of the online entries in February. Elite athletes from the neighbouring and selected countries are invited to the first edition of the event. The race course, officially measured in January and certified by IAAF/AIMS, will see some of the top athletes from Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kirghizstan, Afghanistan as well as China and Turkey on Sunday morning, 24th of March.

Let’s Meet in the Historical City on 14 April
International Osmangazi Historical City Run, the leading traditional road race of Bursa, will be held on Sunday, 14th of April.
The event, offering a unique experience at the historical sites of the city’s largest district, holds once again the “5-star” label of European Athletics at its 14th edition. Despite its undulated course, Osmangazi Historical City Run is one of the favourite races of the road runners owing to its concept. The winner of the 15km pockets USD 2,000 in Osmangazi where the master athletes are separately awarded. For those who would like to run at a shorter distance, there is a public run over 4km on the day.
To register with the 14th International Bursa Osmangazi Historical City Run, a form must be filled out at www.osmangazimarathon.net. Timing services in the event will be provided by Depar Timing.
